Horizontal lines in video at night

I have a brand new ring doorbell generation 2. Just installed. Video works fine day and night, until at night when my security floodlight turns on. The video recording goes from black and white to colour. But in colour the video has horizontal black lines across it. Battery is fully charged and WiFi is very strong. Can anyone advise / help?
