Hi @Mrsdodd. Sometimes it can take a few minutes for this event to appear on your Event History Timeline. As a test, create a Motion Event by walking in front of your camera, then check your Ring app about 3–4 minutes later to see if you can view the event in your History menu. Be sure that you have an active Ring Protect Plan for videos to be saved.
