Getting Doorbell audible alerts when iPhone is silent or do not disturb

Question

I need to get ring doorbell alerts (sounds) but nothing else (no camera motion alerts and no other apps? when iphone is on silent or do not disturb. Can’t figure out how to do this. Ie I’d like to hear the doorbell if I’m expecting a package or visitor early in the morning but want to be able to sleep in until it / they arrive.

Hi @dakicka. There are [Motion Schedules](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/218380863-Scheduling-Times-When-You-Don-t-Want-to-Receive-Motion-Alerts-) available for you to use in the Ring app that will stop motion notifications for the time and day you set them to. You can also use [Motion Snooze](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000047206-How-to-Use-Motion-Snooze-and-Global-Snooze). As for stopping notifications from other apps but not Ring while your phone is on silent or do not disturb, it's best to reach out to Apple Support to see if that's possible with an iPhone.
