Gen 2 changing from chime to wired doorbell

Friends Aunt has a generation 2 doorbell that is currently running on a chime, she wanted it hooked up to her wired doorbell. When hooking it up to the ring device it's still only rings on the chime, it does not ring the doorbell? Not sure if there's a setting that needs to change but I could not find one, any help is appreciated. Thank you

Hi @user_ade25c. If the chime is compatible, you need to navigate to the Doorbells section In Home Chime Settings and enable it to ring with the chime.
