Fitting Ring 3 Doorbell to a UPVC door frame

I’ve recently bought a ring door bell and am looking fix it to the outside of the porch (which is upvc).I was thinking of either sticking it or screwing it to the frame with self tapping screws.I was going to run this off battery power, but may hard wire it at a later date depending on battery life.Either way I want to make it as less nickable as possible e.g. not with Velcro.Any suggestions
