Everything worked fine until sub zero temps

Ring doorbell and ring spotlight both worked and connected to internet. It got cold. The ring doorbell battery drained, even though hard wired. Then it got colder. Ring doorbell started making my actual doorbell make odd buzzing noise. I noticed that operating temp is only down to negative five but likely colder outside. I disconnected wire to actual doorbell to stop odd buzzing. The weather warmed up. I reconnected wire to doorbell. No buzzing. But now neither ring product will connect to WiFi. The only prompt I get is to reboot or router move closer. I have tried rebooting and neither product will reconnect. What can I do?
