doorbell says low battery but fully charged
hi my doorbell won't turn on the app says its on 2% but the doorbell is at full charge so the doorbell won't turn on please help?

Hi @jazz\_singh. Your Doorbell may need to be reset and reconnected to wifi. To do this, press and hold the Setup Button on your Doorbell for 20 seconds and then release. After that, follow the steps listed in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) to reconnect it to wifi.
