Ring Video Doorbell
Doorbell keeps showing as offline
Hi all - we have a ring 2 doorbell, around 3 years old. It is battery operated and keeps showing in the app as offline. I have taken the battery out, fully charged it and popped back in, camera came back for around 30mins before showing as offline again. Reconnected to wifi so it’s defo not loosing connection there. Is it just a dodgy battery now after a few years or anyone heard of anything else?

Hi @Mattbaker91. I'd recommend trying a complete reset of the Doorbell with the fully charged battery inserted. You can do this by holding down the setup button underneath the faceplate of the Doorbell for at least 20 seconds. Once that's done, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to complete a new setup.
