Why doesn’t my original doorbell ring anymore? Angelo Bros 16V ac should work. Help please.

If you reference our Ring Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210644123-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Chime-Kit-Compatibility-List) on compatible Chime Kits, you will see that these are the compatible ones: | **Angelo Brothers Co.** | 76001, 76003, 76006, 76020, 76034, 76040, 76200, 76205, 76210, 76515 | And this one is the incompatible one: | **Angelo Brothers** | 76085 Plug In Wireless Chime Kit | I was unable to see what 5 digit number was associated with your's, if you could double check! If it turns out your's is compatible, it looks like the connection on your TRANS may be a little loose, and I would recommend to unscrew, replace and tighten up the screws on your chime kit to see if it helps!
