Doorbell 2 - Connection Issues

I have to try live mode many times to get it to work. I have purchased an extender, so connecttion isn't the issue, as I initially thought. Also, when somebody is clicking thw doorbell, it takes forever to load. The is not convenient or helpfull. Does anybody else have this issue?
