Hey @talktojer. The Ring devices cannot record 24/7. You will need to ensure you have your motion detection set to the way it needs to be to have the device pick up and record the motion events happening around it. In addition, you can enable the[Snapshot Feature](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034355652-Taking-Timeline-Security-Snapshots-Using-Snapshot-Capture) for your Ring Pro to get more snapshots of the events in between the recorded ones you already have!
