deregistering an ex demo doorbell

Hi, I recently bought a batch of Ex demonstration Ring doorbells. 2 of them are still registered on the ring system still so can't be installed. I have the entire install kit including the matching retail boxes with the matching serial numbers and mac addresses. I understand that Ring may be able to contact the registered owner shop etc and get them deregistered. Who do I contact and how please?
