Delivery times and poor customer service

Ordered an accessory got a sales email. 2 days later, item is still not shipped. Called Ring customer support to be RUDELY told that shipping is 3-5 days. I got the feeling that the agent didn't want to be on the phone, and couldn't be bothered. He got confrontational when challenged about it. Awaiting a manager call back, but in the meantime, I'd consider avoiding Ring if this is the level of support that they offer post sale.
