I ordered a ring video doorbell and chime pro from Ring.com on the 29th April to my address in Sydney Australia The video Doorbell arrived within a few days - but there was no Chime Pro. I tried to check for the status of the delivery but when I looked for it - there no record of my purchase on my ring accout or in my email. I spent an hour on the Ring chat help and they kept requesteing my tracking details which I never recieved. I then called ring help and spent an hour online with them - again they kept asking for my trackin number - which I did not receive - after an hour on the phone they told me that the only option I had was to raise a dispute with my credit card provider to get a refund. It doesn’t seem right to me that ring can’t look up my credit card or house address etc and that the issue has become mine to resolve with my bank. The final part of my phone call with ring I requested an email address to make a complaint to ring. At this point the line cut off and it felt like they hung up me! There was no email or alternative option on the website hence my message here
