Connectivity issues with new Doorbell Plus
I contacted Ring support when my original Ring Video Doorbell stopped working in early July. The agent determined that my unit required replacement, and I purchased--through Ring--a Video Doorbell Plus. After two days of having to reboot the new unit and reconnect it to wifi, I purchased a Chime Pro. Sadly, that was just a waste of money, as this unit does nothing to help with connection issues. I am ready to move to a Blink or Nest unit at this time if I cannot fix the connection issues with the Doorbell Plus. I do use a wire mesh network to extend and support the wifi signal, and all of my smart devices are on that network. No other device has any problems with connectivity anywhere in my house.

Hi @user_04186d. If your Doorbell keeps falling offline, try these additional steps: - Reboot your router. - Verify your Doorbell has good signal strength. This Help Center page has other steps you can try. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call once more to further investigate this with you.
