Confused over Doorbell Ring Audio Notifications
app-settings

Hello, I am utterly confused by how to get a ring tone on my new Alcatel Android phone when the doorbell rings. I upgraded my mobile shortly after installing Ring. On my Samsung mobile I used the default Ring tone to alert me to my bell being pressed. My wife's iPhone is currently set too use this ringtone. However on my new phone the default Ring tone not exist and I cannot find a suitable long ringing tone. I've compared the app on my old and new phones and both are versions 3.42.0. The doorbell is Ring 2 (2020). Although app versions identical the apps GUI differ somewhat with an extra screen on the Alcatel. When I go into **Ring Notifications** I see 3 boxes "**Alerting High Importance**" (highlighted in blue border), **Silent** with strike through on bell icon, and "**Urgent**" which is switched off, and I have no idea what these 3 options mean, and these screens do not exist on my wife's iPhone either. Below that is **Advanced** with the **Sounds**, and none of the listed sounds are suitable to indicate that someone has rung my doorbell. I am only interested in doorbell press notifications, and not so much about motion detection, as my hall door is only 2 m. from public footpath. Regards, Tony Regards, Tony
