Change device ownership

Hey there, I bought a Video Doorbell 2 from a friend. Unfortunelty, the device is still registered in his account even though he has deleted his account months ago. He can‘t access his old account anymore, so he can‘t help me out here... How can I become the official new owner? Thanks a bunch!

    Hi @MrWeggla. If your friend no longer has access to his account, you'll have to call our support team to get ownership transferred to you. Be sure to have a picture of the device and the MAC ID readily available, as our support team will need this information.
