Can’t see Doorbell on owners account

 Hi I have had my ring doorbell for about 12 months, I am set up as the owner, but when I log into my ring app it doesn’t show any devices. Other users can still see the device on their app. So I can’t add or remove anyone, nor receive any notifications. Help!
