Can't remove old location

Hi, we moved recently and setup new Ring cameras at our new house.  I left my previous Ring camera at our old house.  The new owner didn't move in immediately and the power has been shut off for the past two months.  I want to clean up my account and remove the old location but I can't remove the device because it's powered off.  What can be done?
