Can't hear callers talking in to Ring Pro2 wired

Just got my doorbell. Its already driving me mad. I cant hear anyone who rings the bell but they can hear me .Also i added my husband as a user and he gets no alerts through his phone. H-E-L-P please. !

Hi @Mags1. We'll need a bit more information to be able to assist here. What type of phone are you using, what OS is installed, and what version of the Ring app is installed? Do you have Bluetooth turned on? Do you have the same concern when using Ring.com? Have you verified your phones permission settings and ensured that all are toggled on and allowed?
