My Ring Pro Doorbell will record motion, it will ring my doorbell, I can go live HOWEVER, when someone Rings my doorbell and I try to look to see who it is the video will sit and spin the whole time. My Signal Strength is RSSI - 35, my internet speed is 400mb download, and 10 mb upload so I should have fast enough speed to do whatever. My mesh router is 13 feet away. I can watch any of my cameras live. I can even watch multiple cameras live and my doorbell is up to date. I am at a loss.

Hi @kirby. I have a few suggestions that might help! First, as a test, connect your Ring Pro to a WiFi Hotspot and test to see if this will allow you to answer a Ring event. If it does, you'll need to make some adjustments to your router. You can start with changing the [WiFi channels](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407014643732-How-to-Change-Router-Channels-) and using the correct [ports and protocols](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices). Let me know how this goes for you!
