  Hi @AndreFin. Were you able to get this resolved? If not, please trigger a Live View on your camera, shine a flashlight into the lens, and let me know if when you pull it away the color restores to the device's Live View! :)

  Reset button for 20 seconds worked fine. All is well and in living color :)

  Hi @TM8. You can access the setup button by removing the security screws on the bottom of the device and taking off the face plate. The setup button will be on the side. I hope this helps.
