Battery Won't Charge
My ring doorbell won't charge. I just took it off the charger. It was charging all night and the blue ring showed it was fully charged. I just put it back outside and it says it's at 8%. This happened yesterday's as well, and the battery was completely dead in a couple hours. Does anyone know what I can do?

Having the exact same issue too. And stuck at 8% and will not charge. Tried doing reset 5 or 6 times now. It enters reset mode and white light spins and that's it. It won't connect, nor will it charge. I'm stuck in setup mode. Cannot find anything within support of what to do at this point.

UThat's my exact problem. Nothing I do is working. Won't charge past 8%. Factory reset is doing nothing.

Hi @user_c8df82. Try factory resetting it by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20-25 seconds, then reconnect it to your Wi-Fi. Let me know if this helps.
