Hi @Myatt13. Can you provide more information please? What model of Ring Doorbell do you have, and what power adapter are you referring to? You can find the model of Doorbell you have by looking at the original packaging or at the Device Health page in the Ring App. Is the power adapter from Ring, or did you purchase this from a third party?
