Battery level won’t update

Hello everyone.Battery level won’t update, shows 13% all the time.Resetting doorbell,reinstalling app and adding like new one didn't resolve the problem.Due to low battery,live view not available. Do you have any thoughts what can help? Considering to return this doorbell and forgot this troubles forever
