Battery charged but not working when put In ring

I have charged my battery, it shows green, but when I put it inside my door bell, nothing happens, usually the blue light spins and I’m able to press the button and the door bell chimes. Can anyone help please?

Hi @Mel1984k. Which specific doorbell model do you have? Try inspecting the terminals where the battery contacts and ensure that there is no dirt or debris in there that could be preventing a solid connection.
