Angle mount question

Mounted our new Ring 2 using one of the angle mount brackets. The small screws that came with the mount for the Ring unit seemed loose, and never really tightened. Anyone else with this issue?

    I just mounted my Ring 2 door bell and had one screw that would not tighten the face plate to the base. I will need to find a sligtly larger screw.
