Alexa won’t chime

We can’t get Alexa to work sd doorbellEverything else is working - video is working - phone notifications are working but we can’t get Alexa to chime when someone rings the doorbell Can anyone help it’s so frustrating

Try [disabling and reenabling the Ring Skill](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050373832-What-to-do-if-your-Ring-and-Alexa-Features-Stopped-Working-) in the Alexa app to see if that helps.
