Advice needed regarding time stamp

HiAfter some advice. Having trouble with my neighbour. He has a Ring doorbell. He has stated to the court that he has evidence which can prove he was in a place at a certain date time via his Ring doorbell. My question is, is he able to alter the time stamp in any way, as I believe this is what he will try to do. Thanks
