Ring Video Doorbell
Advanced Motion Setting + Zones not saving!
Hello! I am trying to activate advanced motion setting on my Ring Doorbell and edit specific motion zones. As soon as I save and leave the menu, and come back in I can see the saved features are still functioning. Then suddenly I start receiving motion outside the motion zones I had selected. I go back into my Ring doorbell settings>Motion Settings>Advanced settings - and then get the option to turn Advanced Motion Detection ON. Even thought it was already turned on. I don't know why it randomly and continuously decides to switch itself off or what I could be doing wrong. Any ideas?

Hi @Joekh. I would suggest trying to reset your Doorbell by holding down the reset button for at least 20 seconds. After that is done, the Ring App will take you through a new setup.
