Address not found during setup

Hi all, I really hope you can help me here... I am about an hour into setting up my new Ring 2 Doorbell but have hit a stumbling block. The app won't let me put my address in, whenever I try and add/update my address it brings up an address in a completely different location. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Even better, does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks

    Hi @dangoodfellow. I would recommend to remove the app and reinstall it to see if this helps with the address concern. If you still run into it not inputting the correct address, I recommend reaching out to our support team at 1-800-656-1918.
