Activating Device
When I try to view my doorbell after an alert/doorbell ring/live feed it says activating device and never activates. It takes 2-3 times before it will open up. We have a brand new mesh router system (we can pick up our internet 3 houses away) and the doorbell is right outside the room with the router. Do I need to do a reset on the doorbell? I've seen people saying to change the gHz but I don't know how to do that.

I would also try the Rapid Ring app that is suggested in the article. If you want to change your wifi network, follow the steps listed in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).
