My doorbell froze whole I was on holiday and I cannot now access the account through the App on my phone. When I try to log in I get an error message 'Code 406 Not Acceptable'

    Hi @user_020bf3. I would recommend trying the following steps:   - Verify your Ring app is up-to-date.   - Verify your phone has a good connection to either mobile data or Wi-Fi.   - Disable any active VPNs.   - Uninstall and reinstall the Ring app.   If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
