Hi. A simple one this!Do I need to remove the battery from my 2nd gen doorbell when using the plug-in power supply? Thanks.

Hi @aircoolsteve. You will want to leave the battery in on your battery powered device. The Plug-In Adapter serves as a trickle charge that maintains the battery charge, so the battery still needs to be in the Doorbell for it to operate. I hope this information helps!
