29% battery charge after 24 hours of charging

Question

I have 2 batterys i have charged both. Over night an on my ring door bell it keeps saying at 29%,is this a firmware issue cause my chargers are good

I have the same issue.  My battery will not charge past 27%.  I have re-booted and created events.  What is wrong with this ring.

My doorbell is connected to the ring solar panel which faces southwest and gets charge for most of the day. My battery rarely needs charging but I’ve charged it today. It stuck at 29% but the blue circle indicated one segment to charge. I did what others have said and pressed the bell button, closed and reopened the app and now it reads 94%. So I’m all good.
