Where can I find a replacement part?

I have several Ring Stick Up Cameras. Recently my daughter was replacing the battery with a freshly charged one. The battery cover fell and shattered. I thought I would easily be able to find a replacement but to my surprise I’ve not had any such luck. It’s the battery cover that twists to lock. Amazon doesn’t have it; I’ve searched high and low. Ring store doesn’t generate the piece either. Does anyone know where I might be able to attain a new one at? I’d hate to buy an entirely new camera if I can simply replace a single broken part. Note: I have the Stick Up Cam 2nd Gen. Thanks in advance.
