Video Recording skipping three minutes at a time on three cameras
We have three cameras all hardwired to their power source. The lowest RSSI is 56, but the camera I am most concerned about is RSSI 25, so the problem is not that. The video recordings skip every three minutes. This occurs whether there is motion in the camera's range or not. For instance--the Amazon truck pulls up in front of the house, the delivery person gets out with a package and then the truck is gone. Another instance is--someone is walking on the street, they come into the range of the camera in front of the house and the next frame they are at the edge of my property (a 25 yard walk). Can anyone help me with this issue? It seems to me that the camera(s) are of no value if they cut out at the important moment! Thank you all so much!

What is the fix? I am ready to give up on Ring. We have a snowplow service for the driveway. I can tell the plow had been there but motion sensor did not capture the actual plowing!

THi there. In order to assist, we need some basic information such as, What type of Ring Device do you have, and what is the RSSI of the device? How are your motion settings configured? This will clue us into how your device is operating and how we can improve it. Feel free to share screenshots or screen recordings for examples.

Hi - the same "3 minute skip" happens when you review the live feed. Thats why my USPS mail truck literally disappeared from all view.

Hi @user_faa32f. Would you be able to share a video example of the video skipping? You mentioned having three cameras, what is your internet upload and download speed?
