Upside down image
troubleshooting
My ring camera is upside down. I have went through the settings and can’t fix it. There has been no change to the camera itself. Both my outside front and back cameras are doing it. My back started first and now my back is doing the same .

Hi @user_9835c5. Which specific model of Ring Security Camera do you have? The model name is located on the Device Health page. Most camera models do not have a setting that allows you to swap the orientation of the video.
