Turn off phone sounds on only one phone

We have a number of floodlight cams. I have an android and my wife has iOS. I like the chimes when motion is detected but my wife does not. She was able to turn off notifications on her phone but the ring app still makes noises when motion is detected. The only option I can figure out is to disable the sound in the device config but that would affect both of our phones. Are there any other options?

Hey @kirkbauer. It sounds like your wife needs to turn off the App Alert Tones. This will be done on the device's profile for each device. If you go into the Ring app \> Main menu \> Devices \> Floodlight Cam \> Device Settings \> Alert Settings \> App Alert Tones, just have her turn them to nothing for the tone and then this should get rid of the sound for her. Let me know! :)
