Stick up rodent detection

Question

I am using stick up cam’s to identify chipmunks in my attic… Am I better off to use normal motion detection or advance motion detection. Or is there any other suggestions because it’s only picking them up intermittently

Hey @Tjpane. Do you mind sharing a video of this happening, so we can see how the rodent is triggering your camera? You can get a share link for your video by viewing it in your event history and getting a link. You can get the link by emailing or texting the video when 'sharing' it and copying that link to a post here. In addition, could you provide screenshots of what your Motion Detection settings is like? This may help, but please know that the Stick Up Cam uses PIR motion detection, so if they can get close to the camera's viewing angle, they can set off the camera no matter what.
