Stick up camera firmwire update
I got a stick up camera and it is battery powered. I went to add it to my account and set it up and the update literally has taken two days. The battery ended up dying on the first day and then I think the update started all over again. What do I do? Why is the update taking this long? It’s not my internet speed as I tested it and it came back really fast. I also have the camera right next to the router.

Hi neighbors! Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try if your Ring Camera is stuck on a firmware update: * Disconnect the Camera from power for at least 1 minute and then reconnect it to power. If your Camera has a removable battery, make sure to remove the battery and ensure it’s fully charged as well. * Reset your Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once this reset is done, try setting the Camera back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If this issue persists and these steps don’t help the firmware update finish, please contact our support team at one of the numbers available [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
