Stick up battery cam image is faulty(purple)

Ive been away at work and one day the image displayed in live view and recorded is now purple.I have the ring stick up outdoor battery version and it isnt in direct weather under roof eaves. Im home now and swapped the battery for a fully charged one and it is still faulty. Is this covered under my ring protect plan???Thanks
