Spotlight Security Cam with two batteriesc

Everytime I have to change the batteries and I replace the drained ones with two fully charged batteries, only one shows as charged and working. The other shows as greyed out (the one on the left side icon). I have tried various fully charged batteries and the same thing happens. So even though I have two fully charged batteries, only one is used. When the one that shows is drained the camera goes dead. Any ideas?

Hi @fdehmel. Make sure that both batteries are fully charged and clicked into place completely in the battery hatch. When clicking the batteries into place, you should see a solid red LED light inside the battery hatch to indicate that the battery is connected. I'd suggest checking that first, then performing a [reboot](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera) in the Ring app to see if that resolves this issue.
