Spotlight Camera Unresponsive
Hi thereOur Spotlight Camera Battery version is not showing any signs of life.A fully charged battery shows makes the red light come on inside the battery compartment, but there are no flashing lights on the bottom of the camera, even after trying a new setup or full reset procedure.Any idea what to do? I have a bad feeling it’s got wet inside, how do I take the camera to bits? I can get the battery compartment out, but how about the rest of it?

Hi @yekootmada. If you've done the basic troubleshooting and a reset has not improved the condition of your Spotlight Cam, you will need to reach out to our support team. I would not advise taking your Spotlight Cam apart, as this will void the warranty.
