Spotlight Cam Plus Setup Issue

Good day,I am unable to get one of my Spotlight Cam Plus setup.It is hardwired. The signal strength is good. However it is not recording. The light doesn’t come on. I tried changing it to power mode but no luck there either. When I go back to Setup Mode, it takes an extraordinary long time in the update mode. When it finishes it still does not record anything.This came in a pack of two and the other one works without an issue.Can you please help.Thanks,Anthony
