Spotlight cam plus constantly disconnecting from wifi
I have 4 total cameras and 2 are the new spotlight cam plus. I have no wifi issues with the other 2 cameras but these new plus cams disconnect after ~5 min every time I reconnect them. Any ideas?

Hey neighbors. If your Spotlight Cam is disconnecting from wifi, the first step is to reconnect it following the steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). Once your Camera is reconnected, check the wifi signal strength on the Device Health page. If the signal is weak or unstable, your Cameras may disconnect from the wifi network more often. It is also worth reviewing your network settings to ensure the [ports and protocols used by Ring devices](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices) are open.
