Hey @Julie1961! Audio quality is often decided by signal strength, interference, and power. I recommend starting with a power cycle by unplugging the cam and plugging it back in. If this does not resolve audio, please ensure there is nothing blocking wifi signal from it, and that it is not too close to any electronics. Try also, uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this improves audio. Please let me know how this goes! :)
