Hello, thank you for the reply. I have the spotlight battery cam, but I noticed the spare parts kit ([https://ring.com/collections/accessories/products/spare-parts-for-spotlight-cam-battery](https://ring.com/collections/accessories/products/spare-parts-for-spotlight-cam-battery)) have screws for the mounting base/collar, but I don't think those are for the mounting PLATE (the plastic insert that slides onto the camera). I also see that the charging cable is a microUSB in the spare kit set, which is odd because my device needs a DC barrel power jack (the cyclindrical peg connection for power) - maybe I have a different generation? Thank you for any clarification.

Your support team told me that they don’t have the screw needed. I can go to the hardware store myself. Yeah, that’s your customer service.
