Solar panel barrell connector does not fit

HI I purchased a solar panel but the barrel connector does not fit into the battery supported security cam. Suggestions? thanks

    Hi @Steve_ring. Is your Solar Panel a USB-C connection. If so, you'll need to use the included USB-C to Barrel Plug adapter.
