Safely Removing Power cord from the back of the Indoor Camera?

Hi, I need to return the Indoor Camera I just purchased, but I can seem to remove the power cord from the back of the camera? Is there a button that I need to push, or something I need to do in order to get it out? I'm not going to tug on the cord very hard for fear of breaking the small wires. Any help anyone can give will be appreciated. Thank you
